Youth Peace Center (YPC) is a non-governmental, non-
political, non-profit making, and member-based social development organization.
It was established in 2014 AD. by a group of developments activists and
longlasting experience in community development. Endowed with likeminded,
dedicated and committed members, YPC is a well functioned national level NGO
dedicated to contribute for the betterment of human lives through community
development approaches. Representatives
and supported by former Nepal community volunteers. YPC was established in the
wake of increasing social, educational, and environmental problems in the rural
and urban areas, combined with a growing community frustration with inadequate
resource distribution, project coordination and planning from existing aid and
volunteer organizations.
YPC has been working closely with different local level
administration and government line agencies in the district/or villages.
District Development Committee (DDC) is the key government partner for
different development interventions. It has a close relationship and affiliation
with Social Welfare Council.
The VISION of YPC is as, “YPC will be a well-recognized,
learning and innovative institution dedicated for community plus humane
development in Nepal". YPC work for children, youth, women,
discriminated people and senior citizens to establish their rights and
improvement of their living standards. YPC has prioritized three thematic areas
of action
